SoSACorp has an immediate need for ex-military and civilian personnel who have demonstrated experience supporting Blue and White cell wargaming and/or experimentation for the DoD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in concert with personnel from all service branches and multiple combatant commands.
- Participate in joint, globally integrated experiments enabled by data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Participate in the design, preparation, and execution of military or interagency wargames:
- Design objectives and assessment metrics.
- Support scenario creation.
- Participate in and/or guide Blue & White cells.
- Support post event assessments, reports, and wrap-up.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience of demonstrated wargaming/exercise experience either virtually or in the field.
- Operational experience with DoD systems such as: Palantir, Advana, JOS, JFN, GCCS, etc.
- Secret Clearance or higher.
- Willing to work at exercise sites as well as SoSACorp corporate office in Fairfax, VA.
