SoSACorp will monitor and maximize the quality of our engineering services and products by starting with a thorough common understanding of requirements and objectives between the customer and the contractor. The next step is to establish key performance measures that can then be tracked. We will utilize these key performance measures to establish and maintain resource allocation priorities in order to eliminate waste and ensure an on-time, quality product. These performance measures have to be tied directly to the requirements and objectives. An individual objective may be at any size of complexity, and be broken down into any number of component parts where this will assist in managing the key performance drivers. Each objective can be linked to other related objectives. The relationships can be refined within a model with specific weighting of specific measures for each relationship for tracking the likely impact. Using this approach more rigor is now possible in aligning the measures of performance of the strategic perspectives with the measures of achieving the milestones and targets of the program.
